For most countries, you do need to be vaccinated by an approved vaccine in order to enter without quarantine.  It is best to check the country of destination's updated health ministry site for this info.  Or, you can also check updated entry requirements on the US's government travel site:  https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html

At this time, all travelers returning to the USA must present a negative COVID test taken within 3 days of arrival, along with a signed attestation form in order to gain entry.
